(1) UV Photoinitiator (Omnirad /Irgacure) 819 /784 is a good visible light initiator.
(2) UV Photoinitiator 819 /784 has excellent thermal stability and absorbs well in visible light, has a bleaching effect after photolysis. UV Photoinitiator (Omnirad /Irgacure) 819 /784 is very suitable for visible curing of thick coatings, and can cure coatings with thicknesses of more than 70um.
(3) Under visible light or UV illumination, UV Photoinitiator (Omnirad /Irgacure) 819 /784 can be applied to the light curing system of unsaturated resin, such as acrylic resin prepolymers and some monofunctional groups or polyfunctional groups of monomer composition of the light curing system.
(4) The special light absorption characteristics and very fast reaction speed of the UV Photoinitiator (Omnirad /Irgacure) 819 /784 make it particularly suitable for application in photosensitive polymer systems, eg. optical coatings, holograms, laser imaging, printing, etc.
(5) UV Photoinitiator (Omnirad /Irgacure) 819 /784 absorbs visible light, is very sensitive to oxygen, and its inherent color, these characteristics limit its scope of use, more suitable for use in some special fields.
